Summary
On 22 June 2026, the fourth China International Supply Chain Expo opened in Beijing. He put forward four proposals: first, strengthen mutual trust to prevent politicisation, weaponisation, and over-securitisation of economic and trade issues; second, strengthen trade facilitation, uphold and practise true multilateralism, and oppose protectionism in the name of green and low-carbon; third, strengthen integrated development to deeply integrate innovation chains with industrial and supply chains; fourth, strengthen resource sharing to actively maintain the openness, connectivity, and stable operation of the global energy market, and promote mutually beneficial cooperation and peaceful use of critical minerals. Subsequently, Ding declared the expo open.
South African Deputy President Paul Mashatile and heads of the International Chamber of Commerce and other organisations attended and delivered remarks.
